Our last month in Croatia

His

This last month in Pisak has been quite amazing. We had friends and family visit which made this month very special.  April and Peter were our first visitors and next to visit was our Spanish friend Santi. Oh Santi. Santi is hilarious, very loving, and always entertaining. Santi is quite the photographer and has a very fancy camera. We had so much fun taking pictures “all the days”!  Thankfully, Santi had brought with him some shows and movies as the weather took an unfortunate turn once he left.  Next to arrive was one of my best friends, Alex.  The days building up to his arrival couldn’t have gone by any slower.  The night before his arrival I felt like a ten-year-old on Christmas Eve! Haha.  As soon as Alex arrived, I in a way felt re-energized and was ready to for some adventures.  We had promised Alex that if he came out we would save the National Parks and waterfalls for him.  We went to Krka and Plitvice, which in my opinion has the most beautiful waterfalls on Earth.  Alex perfectly planned his trip to land on my birthday.  I had been planning to go skydiving, but Alex admitted he was terrified of the idea and it was something he planned on never ever doing, haha.  On the day of my birthday we were in Senj, and we basically conquered that town!  I cannot thank Alex enough for making the trek across the world to visit us and for the awesome memories I will never forget.  Alex’s stay overlapped a week with the arrival of Jennison’s parents, Uncle Jim, and Aunt Nanci.  The seven of us blended together nicely with great conversations, competitive card games, and some awesome Croatian meals.  Even though it rained for the two weeks Alex was here and the one week for the others, this did not stop us from having an absolutely wonderful time.  We felt real bad for Alex so we offered to pay for him to get a spray tan so he was nice and tan once he got back to San Diego!

Coincidentally, we happened to be on the same flight as Alex leaving Croatia for Munich, Germany.  In Munich, we parted ways with Alex as he was heading to the U.S and the now six of us were headed for Istanbul, Turkey!!!

Our last month in Croatia meant so many things to us. It allowed us time with each other as a young married couple. It provided time to relax, enjoy, and explore the natural beauty of the country that surrounded us. A country, which seemed to engulf us by its towering rock mountains and its crystal blue sea. This last month represented an inevitable ending to an amazing adventure. It represented so many things, but especially love. Standing on the outside, this month was a representation of the amazing community of friends and family who stand beside us. As an outsider looking in, it would be clear how loved and supported Brian and I are- on this continent as well as the continent we have called home for so many years.

April and Peter started off our visits in Croatia. We were addicted. We were excited to make more beautiful memories and share Croatia and our experiences with those we love. One of our Spanish friends, Santi, came to visit for 10 days in May. We spent this time sunbathing and swimming in the sea, cooking together, playing cards, and enjoying each other’s company. I remember Santi saying a couple weeks after he left, “I miss the days of walking to the small market in Pisak, grabbing lemonade beers, and relaxing together at the beach all day”. Santi’s visit was not about adventure, or travel. Santi’s visit was about love. A love of new friends. An appreciation for enjoying the simplicity of quality time.

After Santi left, one of Brian’s best friends, Alex, came to visit for two weeks. As soon as Alex stepped off the plane, these boys were transformed. It is amazing the affect a best friend has on your soul after months of being without each other. I absolutely loved watching these boys interact, seeing the smiles glued to their faces, reminiscing about old memories, while simultaneously building new memories that I know they will never forget. Although I have known Alex for many years, this time was the start of a beautiful friendship for us as well. The first week of Alex’s visit was busy, exciting, and full of adventure. We visited two national parks, Krka and Plitvice. These parks were some of the most amazing places I have ever been and held the most beautiful waterfalls, arguably, in the world. Despite the beauty of these places, my favorite memories of this first week were those made driving through the country together. On one particular day, we decided to delay our visit to the second national park due to a forecast of rain. We looked briefly at a map, searched a few Google images, and selected a random city by the coast. We hopped in the car and set off to spend one night in Senj, Croatia. After the boys visited the castle at the top of the hill, we made our way down to the small harbor, found one of the town’s only restaurants, and asked if they knew of anyone who had a room we could rent. The host walked us inside towards a woman sitting at the table, who phoned her husband, who called his mother. Five minutes later, we were being led towards an adorable Croatian villa where we were rented a room for the three of us, overlooking the sea and the castle. Later that evening, we ended up dining next to this entire family at the same restaurant we initially visited in town. This type of community and sustainability is one of the things I love most about Croatia. At midnight in Senj marked Brian’s 30th birthday. We celebrated with all the locals in the town that night and made some amazingly hilarious memories.

My parents, Aunt Nanci, and Uncle Jim arrived during the last week of May. I cannot express the feelings of joy, excitement, and comfort I felt as I saw my family walk off the plane in Split. It was a surreal feeling- having “home” arrive somewhere I had just began to think of as our new “home”. It was as if it was all complete now and Croatia meant even more to us now that my family had arrived. We immediately took my family to one of our favorite pizza restaurants, Kristian’s, in Trogir. We sat outside on the terrace drinking wine and eating pizza in this adorable town before driving them down the coast towards our little village, Pisak. That evening, the owners of our flat cooked us a traditional Croatian meal, complete with their homemade wine, which we shared on the terrace overlooking the Adriatic Sea and the islands of Hvar and Brač. It was a perfect night and so special to finally be able to really share our new home with those we love. The weather was not especially cooperative while my family was visiting, but we squeezed in more travel time to make up for the previously planned beach days. We had lunch by the water in Makarska, gelato on the boardwalk in Brela, dinner at our favorite restaurant while admiring the gorgeous mountains in Omiš, listened to live music at the palace in Split, visited the Red and Blue Lakes in Imotski, and traveled to Bosnia to see Medjugorie and Mostar. One of my favorite memories was having dinner with my parents, Nanci, and Jim in Mostar, Bosnia. It was later in the evening so most of the tourists had departed, leaving the city quiet and peaceful.  We sat overlooking the Neretva River and Mostar’s historic, Old Bridge. We were discussing plans for our upcoming trip to Istanbul when the “Call to Prayer” began to sound overhead from all the surrounding mosques in the city. It had an immediate, silencing effect on each of us. We sat smiling at each other as we listened to it echo off the cliffs, and fill the city with the sounds of history, memories of struggle, but a signal of peace and acceptance that now permeates this historic city. This was a powerful memory and even more meaningful because of the people I shared it with.

Love. This past month represents a love for travel and adventure, but also a love for people. Brian and I are so blessed to have had this experience the past five months and so lucky to have built so many memories together. What I found as the greatest blessing, however, is having been able to share these experiences with so many others. Thank you to everyone who was able to make the trip out here, but also to those of you who have been reading our stories, following our pictures, and keeping touch over FaceTime and Skype. You have helped us feel as though “home” is really only a touch away, which has made enjoying these experiences across the world, even easier.

Guest Post from Alex

A note home from Alex on his first day in Croatia...

Hi y'all!

After a very long 24 hours of traveling (2 days with the time change) a very disoriented Alex arrived in Split, Croatia where he was collected by his 2 great friends right outside the customs area. From there we went north 10 minutes to explore a little town called, Trogir, that they had heard about. The old stone buildings and a castle right on the Adriatic sea really brought the awareness that I was back in Europe. We had lunch at a small pizzeria where the owner came out and shook all our hands and talked with us briefly, as we were the first ones there for lunch...at 230pm. Within an hour, the whole outside had filled up.

While pretty exhausted, I made a decision to stay up until Brian and Jenni went to bed so that I could try and kick my jet lag in the butt. We played cards until midnight, and I held my own despite being a zombie. I slept well and woke up this morning at 930 to a symphony of birds a half hour before these guys. There is a nest above the beach-view porch, outside my bedroom.

This morning we went for a run through the forest and wild flowers on a trail above the sea. So beautiful!

Now we are back at the house and Putz and Jenni are tag-teaming a veggie frittata while I write this email.

Im very happy to be here and to be with these guys. All smiles!

Love,
Alex

Making ourselves at home in Pisak, Croatia

His

Our arrival at Pisak began with the bus dropping us off on the side of the road.  We were basically at the top of a huge cliff over looking a gorgeous Adriatic Sea with a few houses below us.  The apartment owners were kind enough to pick us up because it is a beast of a hill to get down to the apartment.  With all our luggage it took two trips!  Our apartment is perfect, 2 bedrooms, a small bathroom and a small kitchen.  The view we have of the sea is amazing and we got great seats on our deck for the sunset.  The apartment owners are very cool, we always talk with the wife, Mira, who is very kind and always helpful. Her husband seems really nice and they have a little girl who is 2-years-old that Jennison loves! Mira's brother in law even took us out on a boat one day to see some beautiful parts of the coast.  As we were getting situated and all absolutely starving, we realized we were pretty much in the middle of nowhere and the one restaurant in town won’t open up for a month.  As a small panic started to set in, Mira knocks at the door to inform us they will be providing dinner!  Wahoo, “perfect”, I thought.  They brought us about twenty of these grilled tiny fish called “small fish”, they were actually pretty good, they didn’t taste like sardines, but actual white fish.  They were just a lot of work to remove the head and bones.  Along with a salad and some boiled potatoes.  Oh and a bottle of homemade red wine!

The next day we went to Split to visit my mom and had our first experience of walking up the hill to the bus stop.  I’m pretty sure we missed the bus because it took us so long, but, luckily they come pretty often.  We discussed how hard it was to breathe and that it must be the altitude but, we were at sea level, haha.  A month later, that hill still sucks to walk up, and you know it’s bad when it’s tough to walk down too.

The next few days were spent exploring.  We went to the 7-Eleven-sized market, which basically has most of your bare essentials.  The tiny harbor, where the boats and closed restaurant are, is beautiful.  We discovered numerous beaches, without a soul around, that we call “our private beaches”. The water is crystal clear and you can see fish swimming around.  I told Jennison that mission number one for me was to get a fishing pole and catch dinner. Well, I got the pole, but so far, no dinner.   I did however catch the most beautiful fish I have ever seen that Jennison made me throw back, glad to say it survived and swam off.

Our friends, April and Peter, came to visit and we had an absolute blast.  I finally had a fishing buddy and Jennison had a sunbathing buddy.  We took a trip to Dubrovnik, Croatia, in which half way we unknowingly crossed into Bosnia!  Bosnia was pretty cool, we stopped to eat lunch and ended up at this restaurant with a gorgeous view.

Next to visit is our good friend Santi, who we became really close with in Spain.  Then the day after he leaves, my buddy Alex from San Diego arrives and will be here for my birthday, I’m so excited!  While Alex is here, Jennison’s parents arrive, so we have a full schedule for the rest of our stay.  We are both really excited for all of our visitors and I am looking forward to all of our adventures that await.

Never in my life did I imagine living in a tiny village with one market the size of a 7-Eleven... a village which requires us to hike about 20 minutes uphill to catch a bus... a village that is a 30-minute bus ride from the nearest coffee shop or "super market"...a village where almost no one speaks English... a village so small and unknown it doesn't even register a "street view" on Google Maps...

Never in my life did I imagine living in a village with the most incredible views of the Adriatic sea, some of the most beautiful beaches I have ever stepped foot on, and locals who wave and smile hello to "their tourists" as they pass us by on the trails towards our new home.

Never in my life did I imagine living in a village like this, and absolutely, positively, love it.

A village named, Pisak.

For the past three weeks we have been settling into our new home on the Dalmatian coast of Croatia. We are located about 45 minutes south from Split and about 3 hours north of Dubrovnik. We selected this place by random, aiming for a quiet little town to counterbalance our adventures in the city of Valencia. The weather has been absolutely
gorgeous since we arrived and the beauty I awake to every single morning, takes my breath away. We spend our days sleeping in, enjoying coffee together, making brunch, and then heading down to the beach for sunbathing and fishing. At night we experiment with fun recipes, using the limited amounts of ingredients we can find at our local market, watch the sun go down, and enjoy a movie or TV show. As my brother said, "you lost me at sleeping in"... There is not a day that goes by that I do not feel incredibly grateful for this experience and this quality time I get to share with my husband.

We've loved exploring the little towns near our village. Our favorite spot for dinner would be a hole-in-the-wall pizza restaurant, which is about a two-kilometer walk (after the uphill hike) from Pisak, in a small town called Marusici. The first time we ventured here, we decided to make it a "Run-to-Pizza" day, not only providing us with a little extra motivation to exercise, but also less guilt for eating pizza. As we arrive to the restaurant, red in the face, we ordered two pizzas. "No pizza today", was the response we received. We would have to call ahead in advance if we wanted pizza in the future. We settled for a couple of local beers and a beautiful view of the sea. Needless to say, we did go back and enjoyed every bite of our pizza!

The highlight of the past three weeks was when one of my best friends, April, and her awesome boyfriend, Peter, came for a visit. They were in Europe for two weeks and made the trip out to Croatia for about four days. I could not have been happier to see their faces when we picked them up from the airport!! It was such a surreal moment to have them here. We rented a car and first took them to the old town of Split where we shared in a traditional Croatia meal. After dinner we sat around Split's Diocletian's Palace where you can listen to live music every night. It was amazing! Besides relaxing around Pisak, and exploring Omiš and Makarska, one of the highlights was a road trip we took to Dubrovnik. Halfway into the trip, we drive up to what looked like a border crossing of some sort. We all looked at each other, confirming everyone had brought their passports, and drove on through with little questioning from the officer. Once through, we pulled up a map and realized we were now in Bosnia! We decided to have lunch in Bosnia and enjoyed our al fresco dining and more beautiful views of the Adriatic. Dubrovnik was an amazing town. We spent the afternoon roaming the old streets and ghetto of the city and taking in all the picturesque scenery. On our way home we decided we just had to stop for dinner in one of our new favorite countries... Bosnia! To end an amazing trip, we took a small boat down the coast from Pisak and our guide showed us these gorgeous springs that rise up from the bottom of the sea. We had packed a picnic lunch and enjoyed the day relaxing on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world.

We made so many wonderful memories in Croatia with April and Peter and we are so lucky that they were able to come out to see our new home. We are looking forward to the many more visitors we have coming to visit in the month of May!

Vegan Recipes...

...that will even make the meat-a-tarians in your life say, "yum"!

Living in Croatia has proven to be beneficial to us for the fact that we have been cooking a lot more at home, due to the lack of restaurants in and around our little village. We generally stock up on fruits and veggies at the local markets in neighboring villages a couple times a week and can purchase many of our "staples" at the market in Pisak. Although we are generally cooking with many of the same ingredients, night after night, we have been able to come up with some pretty fun (and healthy) creations.

Quinoa and Chickpea 100% Vegan Burger Patties

One of my first projects was to create a vegan burger. Most of the vegetarian burgers have cheese or egg in them in order to keep the patties together. Here is the process I used to create a 100% vegan patty!

Ingredients:

1 can of chickpeas and 1 can of lentils (or any two types of legumes you like)
1/2 sweet potato
1/3 green bell pepper
1/3 red bell pepper
1 clove of garlic
1/2 white onion
2 cups cooked quinoa
2 slices of lemon
2 Tbs apple cider vinegar
1 Tbs olive oil
Salt and pepper

Process:

Chop up all of your yummy veggies
Pour veggies in a mixing bowl along with the legumes
Using a potato masher or fork, mix and mash until about half of the beans are mashed up
Add quinoa to the mixer and mix again
Add lemon, oil, and vinegar, lemon, salt and pepper to taste

Using your hands, create patties with the mixture and place in the oven. I made mine about a palm's width.

Bake at 375 degrees for about 20 minutes
Let cool for 10 minutes before serving

Add your vegan patty to your favorite bread,
or make it a lettuce wrap for a low-carb dinner!
Topping suggestions: I tried peanut butter and my husband had his with sweet chili sauce. We loved both versions.

Quinoa, Chickpea, Cabbage Spring Rolls (with homemade Vietnamese-style peanut sauce)

I had leftover mixture from my vegan patties, so the next night we decided to make spring rolls. I made a fresh cabbage mixture to add to the quinoa/legume mixture, to give it a little crunch.

The first step was to blanch the cabbage. I tore off 8 cabbage leaves, keeping them in tact as much as possible. First, boil one leaf at a time for about 30 second to 1 minute, depending on the thickness. Take the leaf out of the boiling water and place in a bowl of ice water for about 30 second. Towel dry and place on a plate.

Cabbage mixture:

Chopped cabbage (about 4 leaves)
1 Shredded large carrot
1/2 cup chopped green onion
Handful of chopped cilantro
Lemon zest
2 tbs apple cider vinegar
1 tbs soy sauce
1 clove of garlic
Salt, pepper, and garlic powder

To prepare the rolls, lay one leaf flat on a plate. Take a spoonful of your quinoa/legume mixture (from the veggie patties) and place in the middle of the cabbage leaf. Add one spoonful of the fresh cabbage mixture. Roll and tuck the leaf to create a tight roll.

For sauce, we used some sweet chili sauce we had bought in town and I also made a homemade, Vietnamese style, peanut sauce.

Peanut sauce:
1 or 2 heaping spoonfuls of peanut butter
2 cloves crushed garlic to make a garlic paste
1 tsp soy sauce
Hot sauce or sriracha to taste
Water (thin to desired texture)
Sesame oil if available

Quinoa Stuffed Bell Peppers

Stuffed peppers are always a favorite of mine. I can generally look through the pantry and fridge and find just enough yummy ingredients to make a delicious dinner. We had purchased some amazing red peppers at the market in Split this past Sunday, which were my inspiration for this dish.

Cut off the top of the pepper, removing the stem and seeds. Slice the bottom of the pepper in order to make a flat surface so the pepper can stand up in the oven.

Filling:

Quinoa
1/2 yellow pepper chopped
1/4 cup chopped green onion
2 chopped garlic cloves
1/2 can chickpeas
1/2 red onion chopped
1/2 zucchini chopped
Mix above together with olive oil, apple cider vinegar, and salt & pepper to taste

Fill each bell pepper cup with your delicious mixture and place in oven at 350 degrees for about 15-20 mins

Summer Cucumber Salad

No lettuce? No problem! A fresh and healthy chopped salad that made my meat-lovin' husband proclaim, "this may be my favorite salad ever"!

Ingredients:

1 cucumber
1/2 red onion
3 cabbage leaves
1 small carrot
1 stalk green onion
Cilantro (or your herb of choice)
1 garlic clove
Olive oil, apple cider vinegar, lemon, s&p

Chop all of the fresh veggies and top with oil, vinegar, lemon, and s&p to taste.

Cinnamony-Coconutty-Peanut Butter

Sometimes it is the snacks that are the hardest. Especially here in Croatia, my go-to hummus dip is nowhere to be found. This delicious snack can double as a yummy dessert too!

Process:

Mix 1 heaping spoonful of peanut butter with 1 tbs water. Use a fork to stir until you reach your desired texture. Add a tsp of cinnamon and a tbs of shredded coconut. Stir and enjoy with half a green apple.

From Spain to Croatia!

His

My lovely, wonderful, energetic, mother, Lori, made the long trip to come see me!!!!!!!!  To greet her I made the trek to the airport via the metro. This was my first time using the metro solo and I am proud to say it went flawless.  Luckily, I found her and her friend, Leslie, with ease. Due to the amount of luggage these ladies brought, we had planned to take a cab back to our flat.  Well, the first cab to pull up got out, looked at the amount of luggage, and flat out said “NO”!  We eventually found this young, vibrant, cab driver that was very nice and turned a 17-euro ride to a 40-euro ride… Jennison usually handles the cab drivers… lesson learned on my part- sorry mom.  That night we all went out to dinner and my mom was able to meet all of our Spanish friends.  We only had about three days left in Valencia so we toured what we could, bought matching Valencia soccer jackets, (my mom is cool like that) and then it was off to Croatia!

Planes, trains, buses and automobiles were needed to get us to Croatia.  My mom, Leslie, and I flew to Munich, Germany where we met up with Jennison and Brynn.  Munich was amazing. We took this awesome bike tour of the city that not only gave us history information, but also took us to a BEER-GARDEN!  Unfortunately, the temperature was in the 30s and we froze our you-know-whats-off.  My mom had laughed and said there was absolutely no way she was riding a bike in that weather, so after the bike tour we met up with her at the Hofbräuhaus.  The Hofbräuhaus is this gigantic restaurant/beer-garden, where you can order a liter of beer, served by ladies in lederhosen.  I could have spent all day in there.  From Munich it was off to Innsbruck, Austria.

Innsbruck, Austria is one of the most beautiful places I have ever seen. Innsbruck was not a very large city, it had amazing food such as a Wiener Schnitzel.  Wiener Schnitzel however, means "breaded veal cutlet, Vienna style" (not a hot dog as I thought due to the American fast food chain). Traditional Wiener Schnitzel is a thin cutlet of veal coated in flour, egg, and breading, which is then cooked in oil and butter until crispy. It’s delicious.  From Innsbruck we took a train to Trento, Italy.  Trento was nice, but it was my mom’s heart’s desire to see Venice.

My mom and I traveled by ourselves to Venice, where I believe is now her favorite place on Earth.  It was one of the most enjoyable experiences I have shared with her.  We got off the train, checked out the river, boats, and cool bridges.  My goal was to get her to St. Marks Square.  We stopped at this cute café for coffee and ordered some chocolate treats.  There was a slight drizzle of rain, but I think it only added to the magical feeling of Venice.  We roamed the tiny streets until we made it to St. Marks,  here we took some awesome photos together and I will remember that moment with her for the rest of my life.  We then ate a two-hour lunch that could of fed four people at this little hidden gem of a restaurant.

A few trains and bus rides later, we went from Trento, to Zagreb, to Split, to Pisak, where Jennison and I will be living for the next two months.  My mom and Leslie stayed in Split, so we met them for dinner.  My mom asked the hotel for a “local, mom and pop” restaurant and that is what we got!  The hotel made us a reservation and said that was the only way you could get a table.  The restaurant consisted of only five tables and the server was the son of the owner, who was also the chef, awesome!  A plate of whole uncooked fish was brought out to us and we choose which ones we wanted grilled up, Amberjack and Sea Bass it was! I am so happy my mom was able to make it out here. It was her first trip to Europe and I am so glad I was able to be a part of it.

From one beautiful country to another... We may just be the most blessed people in the world!

Brian's mom, Lori, and her friend, Leslie, joined us in Spain for our last few days in Valencia and came along with us on our adventure as we traveled across Europe to our next home, Croatia! We had a great time showing them around "our city" and introducing her to our new, Spanish friends. It was so nice to be able to show someone some of the many reasons we love Spain and loved living in Valencia.

We left Spain and headed towards one of my favorite cities in the world- Munich! I have always wanted to take Brian here and it was extra special because Brynn and I had traveled to Munich together about 9 years ago! We took the same bike tour, with Mike's Bike Tours, as we had taken our first time in this gorgeous town. After the bike tour we grabbed some beers at the Hofbräuhaus and sat amongst the many tourists and locals as they chugged down liters of beer and ate traditional greasy, German food. Unfortunately I was sick with the flu on our one night here so I called it an early night while Brynn and Brian went out for some more beers with our awesome tour guide.

The next morning we took the train to Innsbruck, an adorable Austrian town, with some of the most amazing scenery I have ever seen. Every turn and every corner was more and more beautiful. We spent our time here walking around, enjoying the beautiful views and each other's company. We even found a Mexican food restaurant! The black beans in our fajitas may have been a highlight of this trip...

From Innsbruck we went to Trento, Italy. This was a super relaxing leg of the trip for me. Brian and his mom took a day trip to Venice so Brynn and I spent the day together. We slept in and stayed in our pajamas until about 1:00 pm, grabbed coffee and pizza in town, and spent the day just roaming around the city. I even partook in Italy's must-do tradition of sampling gelato! It was worth it...

Our longest travel day was getting from Italy to Croatia. We took a train out of Trento first thing in the morning towards Venice. From here, we took a bus to somewhere in Austria... and then hopped on another train to Zagreb, Croatia. What a great feeling it was to finally reach the country that we would be living in for the next two months! Besides almost leaving one of Brian's bags on the train... Zagreb was an uneventful, short pit-stop.

We left the next morning and took a five hour bus ride south towards Split, a popular tourist destination on the coast. The bus ride through the Croatian countryside and mountains was beautiful. These hours on the road ended up having a huge impact on me. It was the first time I felt completely lost with the language, having no way to communicate and it felt impossible to understand. I could feel, physically, driving further and further away from Spain. Spain, a place we had made our home, with amazing memories and the comfort of friends that we loved. As we continued to drive, I felt physically, and metaphorically distanced from everyone, and everything I knew. I remember thinking, "What are we getting ourselves into...? Was choosing Croatia a mistake?" I am happy to report, this was not a mistake. Instead, it was one of the best decisions we could have ever made!

Lori's last nights in Europe were our first nights in Croatia. We had a great time exploring the old town of Split, eating a traditional Croatian meal, and spending quality time together. It was such an amazing experience to share with family and we are so lucky Lori decided to make the trip out here to visit!

We are currently living in a small town on the Dalmatian Coast of Croatia called Pisak. No traffic, no city lights, no crowds. Just beautiful views and perfect company. Want to hear more? Stay tuned for our adventures in and around Pisak...until tomorrow!
